Allow team members to connect AI assistants

When on, eligible team members can connect this brand to an AI assistant from their own Roster login. When off, no one can start a new connection and existing connections stop working.

AI connections are turned off. Existing connections are paused and won’t work until you turn this back on — no one has to reconnect. Turn the toggle on to choose which roles can connect.

Who can connect

Choose which team member roles are allowed to connect an AI assistant to this brand. This gates the connection flow — a team member whose role isn’t selected will see all your brands when connecting but can’t complete the connection for this one.

Full access to account data, brand settings, and integrations. Admins manage this feature, so they can always connect.

Full Access

Access to all account data, but not brand settings or integrations.

Limited Access

Access limited to ambassadors in specific countries and/or programs. When connected, the AI assistant sees only the ambassadors and programs that member can.

Connected apps

AI assistants connected to this brand. Each connection is read-only and tied to the team member who authorized it. Disconnecting ends access immediately, even mid-conversation.
